            For sale of property, our services cover:

  • Residential house, unit/apartment;
  • Residential vacant land.

            We will: 

    • Prepare the Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendors Statement;
    • Review and prepare necessary legal documentation;
    • Examine the purchaser's adjustments of rates, water and owners corporation levies etc;
    • Arrange discharge of mortgage;
    • Liaise with the agent and the purchaser's conveyancer to ensure settlement occurs on time
    • Attend settlement on your behalf; 
    • Forward proceeds by way of bank cheque or direct deposit to your nominated account;
    • If requested, arrange for early release of deposit.
